Rules for Containers:
All containers need to be paid for before the delivery or at the time of delivery.
Place a stake or mark the area for placement of the container. Return trip to relocate a container is $100.00
At the time a customer orders a container, they need to inform the office of the material that will be placed in the container. Many items can not be mixed together. Container prices are different for garbage loads and demolition loads, as they are dumped at different sites. (Example: if a customer mixes shingles with garbage the complete load would have to go to the garbage landfill, instead of a demolition landfill.) Two containers could be much cheaper than one load with mixed items.

A Customer is required to call our office when they are finished with container and inform us of when you would like the container removed.
Make sure nothing is in the way of the container when we come to remove it, a return fee will be assessed of $100.00.
Containers are to be filled level full. Anything over the top or on the ground next to container may be assessed an extra fee. Any roll-off container for garbage over 3 tons will be assessed a higher fee for the extra weight of the container. Over weight containers over 10-tons and customer will be required to unload items in the container.
You may keep Roll-off dumpster for 7 days Rear-load 14 days
Any roll off container of garbage(msw) over 3 tons will be assessed a fee($105tn) for the weight of the material in the container. Demolition loads over 10 tons, will not be allowed due to Minnesota DOT rules. The customer accepts all responsibly for, and agrees to assume all costs for reloading or removing excess refuse from a container if necessary to insure proper transport of the container. Customer agrees to assume all costs incurred, including fines, excess landfill charges or damages to container should an improperly loaded container occur.
The following items are not allowed in the containers, place alongside the container, and set up a separate pick up. Extra charges do apply for these items, and need to be paid before pick up.

We can remove these items separately for a charge.
